Behailu Hailekiros is a hospitality leader and organizational excellence trainer with 10+ years in Ethiopia’s hotel and tourism sector. As Group Deputy Director of Operations at Haile Hotels & Resorts Group, he oversees multi-property operations, brand standards, and quality systems, and leads the Brand & Quality Assurance function. A steering committee member for the renowned “I am Haile” Service Culture, he has helped design and deliver the program since 2020, training thousands to embody integrity, hospitality, and service excellence. Having led pre-openings, team training, and system-building across top brands, Behailu now teaches “Professionalism and Personal Excellence in the Ethiopian Context,” empowering learners to live professionalism through ethics, discipline, and Ethiopian values.
